Ashley Nocera has been a fitness celebrity and Instagram star for years. Ashley Nocera was born in in the USA in August of 1994 under the zodiac constellation of Leo. Ashley does not talk about her parents but her grandmother, who was an infamous bodybuilder in the 20s and 30s, has been credited for inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley has always been physically active. When she was 4 she began to swim, and continued doing so for 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley competed in diverse contests. She did not devote herself to enough, as she didn't want to adhere to strict diet guidelines so that her body could perform at the best it could. After she matriculated Ashley chose not to go on at college but to rather focus on her career of being a fitness model. Ashley recognized that she was unhappy with the appearance of her body when she was 15. Encouraged by her grandmother she started going to training. On his advice she went slowly. Motivated by her victory Ashley took part in her first competition at 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She was enthused by what she considered was an undeserved defeat, and decided to train even harder. Ashley went back to 2015 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. When the event ended, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to compete. While she was receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley did not want her career and modeling to become confused. After she had stopped competing, she became a fitness models. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her career as a fitness models. She has gained a lot of attention as a model. She was a model for a variety of clothes and bikinis brand names.
